Getting Started with OpenClaw Business Agency
OpenClaw Business Agency is a fully managed AI assistant platform built for marketing agencies. It includes OpenClaw (your AI engine), Postiz (your social media scheduler), and a secure setup wizard — all running on your private server. No SSH access or technical knowledge is required.
1. Accessing your server
Your access details were sent in your welcome email:
- OpenClaw URL — your main AI dashboard
- OpenClaw Password — used to unlock the dashboard and the setup wizard
- Social Media Scheduler (Postiz) URL — your social scheduling platform
- Terminal URL — browser-based terminal access
- SSH Password — used in the setup wizard and for terminal login
To access your OpenClaw dashboard:
- Open your browser and go to your OpenClaw URL
- A one-time access code will be sent to your registered email address
- Enter the code to proceed
- Enter your OpenClaw Password to connect
2. Configuring you Openclaw
The configuration walks you through all integrations in one place.
- Open your browser and go to your OpenClaw URL followed by
/config - A one-time code will be sent automatically to your registered email
- Enter the code to proceed
- Enter your SSH Password when prompted
- Complete each section in any order — you can return at any time to make changes

3. Security
Your server is protected by two-factor authentication. A one-time code is sent to your email on every new browser session. Sessions expire automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity. Keep your OpenClaw Password and SSH Password safe and do not share them.
Social Media — Postiz
Postiz is your built-in social media scheduler. It runs on your server and lets you schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and more. Your AI assistant connects to Postiz via an API key to coordinate social content.
Step 1 — Register your Postiz account
- Open your Social Media Scheduler URL — found in your welcome email. It ends in
/social. - Click Register and create an account with your email and a password of your choice.
- Registration closes automatically after the first account is created. Do this before sharing your server with anyone else.
Step 2 — Get your Postiz API key
- Log in to Postiz.
- Go to Settings → Developers → Public API.
- Copy the API key shown.
Step 3 — Connect Postiz in the wizard
- Open the setup wizard and click Social Media (Postiz).
- Paste your API key into the Postiz API Key field.
- Click Save & Connect.
Step 4 — Connect your social accounts in Postiz
- In Postiz, go to Integrations.
- Connect each social platform you want to use: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Follow the OAuth prompts for each platform.
Once connected, your AI assistant can create and schedule social media posts on your behalf.
External Tools & Skills
You can extend your AI assistant by installing skills from the ClawHub marketplace. Skills connect OpenClaw to tools your agency already uses — no code required.
